Yesterday I saw that Natasha is a Book Junkie had posted about this book. Took a quick look at the synopsis and then went straight to one click it. It looked good. Wasn't until about a hour or so later I noticed that Natasha wanted some help sharing a book. Wasn't until after I emailed and received her reply that I realised that she was talking about this book. Now obviously I like being helpful so I was more than happy to tell everyone that this book looked good, so I jumped on the bandwagon and posted a link this morning on Facebook.
My original plan was to read this after I had read Saving Dallas Forever. I changed my mind and started it this morning as it's a short story and my 4yr old has plans for this Mumma today (ASHER is Episode One of the Boys South of The Mason Dixon serial, with new episodes to be released on a Friday every 3 weeks. Each episodes is around 100 pages in length. Episode Two, BRAY, is due on 28 March.).
This morning has been consumed with The Sutton boys. My god what a ride!!!
Synopsis - The Sutton Boys - those three words bring a smile to the faces of females of all ages in the small town of Malroy, Alabama. Five brothers who help their momma run their farm during the work week, while seeing how many women they can sweet talk out of their panties on the weekends.
Each brother has a story and just like with all families and small towns, their stories twist together into a tangled mess that changes each of their lives forever. Because for each brother there will come a moment when he has to make a decision to keep playing or finally become a man.
One will be given a gift that every man longs for.
One will be broken.
One will be lost.
One will find out what it means to be owned.
One will make the ultimate sacrifice.
South of The Mason Dixon, the boys get naughtier, the nights get hotter and the southern charm is down right addictive.
Now obviously I can't say much about the storyline due to it being a short story but seriously I can't wait for the next book. This book had me going "Oh my god" at every twist. I found I cared how the characters were and even now that I'm done I am hanging out for the 28th to make sure they are going to be ok and to see what happens next.
I feel for Dixie and the situation she finds herself in. I really want her to be ok and to get the HEA she's looking for.
Asher is trying so hard to be the "Better Man", I know he cares about all involved though, I really hope he realises he deserves to be happy to.
Steel loves Dixie, this you can see I'm just not sure if he's the one.
Oh being in a situation you want every to be happy and just not sure if thats possible.
I'm extremely excited about these episodes and due to my highly publicized patience problem I'm sure we're all going to be hearing about for the next few weeks until I get the next book.
Pick up this book and you'll see that the blurb is right and this brand of southern charm is going to be so addictive.
Please note this book will be back on Amazon in the near future, feel free to follow me here or on Facebook so I can keep you updated.
